Inflection Point

The business was trundling along with a few million visitors to its website each day. It was growing about 2% a month, or about 25% a year (compounding). Nice growth.

But then, all of a sudden, the guy who runs product added "art films" to the site, and suddenly things took off. Growth went to 5% a month and was increasing from there.

That "art films" tab was the website's inflection point for growth. Now it's off to the races. Facebook, look out.
