Vermin Exclusion

Good dating advice? A clumsy attempt to reference the the civil rights struggle in a sequel to Zootopia?
Nope. It’s part of the fine print you’ll find in some insurance policies.
The vermin exclusion stipulates that the policy in question won’t cover damage done by critters. So if a colony of rats takes over your basement, or a swarm of locusts destroys your backyard, your insurance policy won’t cover it if it has a vermin exclusion.
